Zucchini "Chips"

December 29, 2014: Wadsworth, IL.  Another good-for-you recipe! I have always tried to make the healthy version of chips and french fries, but have never been satisfied (duplicating McDonald's fries is just not possible).  After many failed attempts, I finally decided to try the easiest recipe for Zucchini Chips that I have ever seen, and it worked! 

I sliced them using a mandolin slicer, drizzled olive oil, sprinkled salt, and baked them for 30 minutes at 375°
