Beer Bread

January 20, 2015: Wadsworth, IL.  There's nothing quite like the smell of homemade bread wandering through your home.  I can't even tell you how many times I have made this recipe, definitely somewhere in the double digits!  If you only try one recipe I post, make sure this is it!
Recipe
3 Cups Flour
1/3 Cup Sugar
1 TBS Baking Powder
1/2 TSP Salt
1 (12 OZ) Beer
3 TBS Melted Butter

Combine all dry ingredients + beer in a large bowl until sticky.  Grease a 9x5 loaf pan, drop the dough in and pour the melted butter over it.  Bake on 350 for 50-60 minutes.  Try not to eat the entire loaf!
